It is time for the new RRVLN season in 2022!
The track of 24 km asphalt through the forests and mountains would like to be driven. For that, the Nürburgring needs some awesome racing drivers again to take on the challenge of two hours of racing distance.

You don't know the RRVLN yet? We have to change that quickly!
The RRVLN is based on the real VLN (Organising association Endurance Championship Nürburgring), now called NLS (Nürburgring Endurance Series). This is an endurance series which races exclusively on the Nordschleife.
Several vehicle classes with different levels of performance drive simultaneously for the class-internal and the overall victory. There are more than 100 vehicles driving at the same time, but in the RRVLN the multiclass format is a little bit smaller, because we have a limit of 36 drivers per server in RaceRoom.
With the RRVLN calendar we offer a parallelism to the real calendar. Our 2.4H race takes place on the 24H variant while all other races drive the VLN variant.

Like last year, you are allowed to choose one of your favourite combinations of vehicle classes below. You can vote until 14.02.2022 at 6 o'clock pm, so you can choose your favourite vehicle on the same day. In summer, you can also drive the older vehicle on the track. New information will be announced at the end of the season.

Here are the combinations of vehicle classes you can vote for:
Choice 1:
GTR3, GTR4, BMW M235I

Choice 2:
GTR3, GTR4

Choice 3:
GTR3, GTR4, WTCR




Vehicle class description:


Probably the most popular vehicle class. A huge selection of vehicles with the perfect mix of aero and performance to lap the Nordschleife in under 8 minutes. Those who join this class know how to use the steering wheel, accelerator and brake pedal at the right moment. Therefore, the class is suitable for professional drivers.


The smaller GT3. Basically a GT3 with less power and aero, means even more fun and a little drift possibility. This class is perfect for pro and pro-amateur racing drivers.


GT4 completely different. A road car with racing in its blood and more than 300HP. Could also be a GT4 if it weren't for the fact that steering and accelerating take place on one axle. Close fights and spinning wheels guaranteed! This class is perfect for pro and pro-amateur racing drivers too.


The little speedster. Here is the vehicle that is probably closest to a road car. It is the slowest class but possibly also the one with the greatest fun factor! It is the perfect car for the first attempts on the Nordschleife. Therefore, it is recommended for amateurs and rookies. Professionals can also have a lot of fun with this class.

Here are some news about the change of the racing rules!

I will sponsor three glass trophies for all class winners at the end of the season.
You can see an example in the iRacing and ACC area.

We have also changed the racing rules in the area of performance weights.
The reason for this is a discussion in the German section of the RRVLN.

So the weights are distributed to the first five places after each race.


They are subdivided like this list:

1. Place: 30 KG
2. Place: 20 KG
3. Place: 15 KG
4. Place: 10 KG
5. Place: 5 KG

In addition, guest entrants must now always drive the same car in the respective class. The 25 KG limit for guest entrants remains.
